Snack:          Banana Chocolate Ice Cream

Breakfast:     Paleo Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Lunch:          Gluten-free Sausage with Sauerkraut

Dinner:         Roast Chicken with Cauli-Mash and Kale Salad

Snack:          Paleo Blueberry Crisp
