I am a 60+ working Granny living in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. I've spent years trying every diet ever to come out and I have the books to prove it. I was looking for something that would (of course) help me lose weight, something I could maintain long-term and something that would become a lifestyle rather than a diet. After a serious fall down some steps with limited mobility for two months, I found Paleo. The more I read the more I thought "I can do that" - and it turns out I could. I am very enthusiastic and want to share what I have learned with baby boomers - recipes, photos, where to find Paleo items (coconut aminos!).
